Leadership built through experience

Building teams.
Developing leaders.
Driving growth.

Evan Pryor is a sales leader and consultant with 20 years of experience turning business goals into disciplined sales execution.

His career spans aquatic services, payroll, lawn care, and automotive sales, with leadership roles at Landmark Aquatic, Tesseon, TruGreen, and Enterprise Car Sales. He has led sales organizations across multiple markets, built teams from the ground up, and developed the people, processes, and accountability needed for lasting success.

At Tesseon, Evan established the sales infrastructure, recruited and coached a new team, and developed a standardized sales script adopted company-wide. At Landmark Aquatic, he led a 20-person sales organization across St. Louis, Kansas City, and Denver. His achievements at TruGreen include ranking as the company's top sales manager year-to-date in 2021 and earning Chicago-Region Sales Manager of the Year honors in both 2019 and 2020.

Today, he brings that hands-on experience to business owners and sales leaders who want stronger teams, clearer expectations, and a practical path to sustainable growth.

A good fit for your business?

I work with owners and sales leaders who need clearer expectations, more consistent execution, and a sales organization that can grow beyond the efforts of one person.

The working relationship

Understand it.
Build it. Put it to work.

No one-size-fits-all playbook. We focus on your people, your market, and the obstacles holding back your sales performance.

01 — DIAGNOSE

Find the real constraint.

Review your team, activity, pipeline, and current process. Determine whether the challenge is execution, talent, or a gap in the sales process.

02 — DESIGN

Make the path clear.

Define priorities, establish measurable expectations, and build the tools and routines your team needs to move forward.

03 — DEVELOP

Turn the plan into habits.

Coach your leaders and representatives, support implementation, and review progress so your team can sustain the improvements.

Clear expectations.
Personal accountability.

Strong sales teams need more than a target. They need the right people, a shared understanding of what winning looks like, and leaders who coach consistently.

I help leaders connect strategy to daily execution through practical coaching, clear performance standards, and repeatable processes. The goal is to build a team that understands its priorities and takes ownership of its results.

I believe strong performance starts with personal accountability. My approach combines clear expectations and honest coaching with a commitment to helping people improve.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and father. The values that matter most to me—integrity, responsibility, and care for others—also guide how I lead and coach.

Leadership in practice · Tesseon

Building a sales organization
from the ground up.

The challenge

At Tesseon, I needed to build a sales team and establish the structure to support consistent execution.

My approach

I recruited and developed the team, created prospecting scripts and sales processes, and established clear performance expectations. Coaching and personal accountability were central to the approach.

The result

The organization gained a defined sales structure, practical tools for representatives, and a repeatable approach to managing sales activity.

What this means for your business

I bring that same hands-on approach to helping owners build a sales team with clear direction, consistent coaching, and processes that support growth.

Before we begin

A few common questions.

What does an engagement look like?

We start by discussing your goals and the challenges you're seeing. From there, we agree on a scope that may include a focused sales assessment, a defined process project, or ongoing coaching and advisory support.

Can you help an existing team that is underperforming?

Yes. We review activity levels, team capabilities, and the sales process to identify where performance is breaking down, then create clear priorities and expectations for improvement.

How is consulting priced?

Pricing depends on the scope, number of people involved, and level of implementation support. After an initial conversation, you'll receive a proposed scope and fee before any work begins.

Do you offer remote consulting?

Yes. Strategy discussions, coaching, and process development can be conducted remotely. Any need for onsite support can be discussed when defining the engagement.

Award-winning leadership

Evan and I worked together for seven years at TruGreen, during which time we consistently delivered award-winning results year after year. Together, we achieved exceptional sales performance and drove both top-line and bottom-line growth, all while operating in a market challenged by a declining population base and stagnant growth.
