I bring 20 years of sales leadership experience across service businesses, payroll, lawn care, and automotive sales. I’ve built teams from the ground up and led a 20-person sales organization across St. Louis, Kansas City, and Denver at Landmark Aquatic.
During more than seven years at TruGreen, I earned Chicago-Region Sales Manager of the Year honors in 2019 and 2020 and ranked as the company’s top sales manager year-to-date in 2021.
My background also includes a strong knowledge of horticulture. I understand the importance of helping customers see the value behind plant and service recommendations—not just the price. I bring that perspective to coaching lawn care and landscaping sales teams.
At Tesseon, I built the sales infrastructure, recruited and coached a new team, and developed a standardized sales script adopted company-wide. That experience shapes how I help owners turn sales activity into a process their people can follow.
My approach is hands-on: clear expectations, honest coaching, and personal accountability. We focus on the priorities that matter to your business and put practical improvements to work.
Outside of work, I’m a husband and father. Integrity, responsibility, and care for others guide how I lead and coach.
How I restructured sales roles, coached accountability, and established clearer coordination between sales and service across St. Louis, Kansas City, and Denver.

Perspectives from leaders and colleagues who have worked with Evan. Selected excerpts from ten LinkedIn recommendations; authors identified by professional title only.
Evan and I worked together for seven years at TruGreen, during which time we consistently delivered award-winning results year after year. Together, we achieved exceptional sales performance and drove both top-line and bottom-line growth, all while operating in a market challenged by a declining population base and stagnant growth.
Evan has my highest recommendation. He was a Sales Manager in my region at TruGreen and he did a tremendous job. He is an actively engaged leader and he was an outstanding trainer. Evan turned around a market that had struggled for quite some time and his team produced superior results.
Evan leads with a mix of professionalism and genuine investment in his people. He sets clear expectations, held the team to a high standard, and created an environment where we could do our best work.
What stands out most is the impact Evan had on my own growth. He took time to coach me, challenge me to stretch beyond my comfort zone, and gave me the support I needed to take on more responsibility. I'm a stronger sales leader/ professional today because of his guidance.
I always appreciated Evan’s collaborative approach and commitment to his team.
We worked together closely to address departmental needs, navigate challenges, and resolve issues to ensure his team had the support and resources necessary to succeed. Evan understood the importance of communication, teamwork, and working together to find solutions that benefited both his department and the organization as a whole.
I valued our working relationship and the trust we built over the years. I would gladly recommend Evan to any organization looking for a dedicated sales leader who understands the importance of collaboration, problem-solving, and building strong working relationships.
Some managers talk about leadership. Evan Pryor lives it.
I worked with Evan in our Results Driven Sales Manager program, and let me tell you, this man is the real deal. Strong will. Unshakable integrity. A hunger to win that you can feel the moment he walks into the room.
Here’s the rare part: Evan has mastered both the science AND the art of sales. He knows the process cold, and he coaches in a way that makes his people want to run through walls for him and for the company.
He understood that when you invest in your people, success naturally follows.
Any organization would be lucky to have him. I wholeheartedly recommend Evan and look forward to seeing the impact he makes in his next chapter.
I highly recommend Evan Pryor to any team looking for an exceptional sales leader. Evan possesses a master-level understanding of the sales process, but what truly sets him apart is his ability to motivate. He brings a fresh, highly engaging energy that keeps morale high and drives results.
Watching him handle a pitch or coach a rep through a tough deal is a masterclass in sales acumen. Any revenue team would be lucky to have Evan leading the way!
During his time on my team, he demonstrated strong leadership, maintained high standards, and consistently focused on driving performance. He set clear expectations and held his team accountable for results. His professionalism and commitment made him a valued member of our organization, and I believe he would be an asset to any team.
I had the pleasure working alongside Evan Pryor, and he was always someone I could count on. He was consistently willing to pick up the phone, share his knowledge, offer support, and make himself available whenever a teammate needed help. He was also open to suggestions and new ideas, which made him a great person to collaborate with.
He worked diligently to uncover opportunities and work those opportunities until they were sold and completed for customers. I would also consider Evan an advocate for his customers in that he always would look out for their best interests. I would hire him very quickly to lead a team if given the opportunity in the future.
